Getting your plan files
Everything you need to download, open and print your house plans.
Right after payment
Your download buttons appear on the order confirmation page and in the email we send you.
Any time later
Log in and open My Account → My Plans & Downloads. Your invoice is under My Account → Invoices.
Print correctly
Open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader and print at 100% / Actual size — never “Fit to page”.
Common questions
Check your spam or promotions folder. You can always download from My Account → My Plans & Downloads. If you checked out as a guest, use the links on the confirmation page or contact us with your order number.
Each plan can be downloaded a limited number of times for security. Contact us with your order number and we will reset it for you.
Download links are valid for a limited time. Contact us with your order number and we will send fresh access.
Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader on a computer. Some phone viewers do not show large drawings well. Still a problem? Send us a screenshot.
CAD files are available for some plans or as a paid add-on. Ask us through the Plan Modification page.
