About Darvela
Thoughtful homes, clearly drawn.
Darvela creates ready-to-build concept house plans for real plots and real families.
Who we are
A design studio for people who build
Darvela is a house plan studio operated by RASVID LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. We design practical, beautiful homes for the most common plot sizes and make them available as instant digital downloads.
Every plan starts with the plot: how the house sits on the land, where the light comes from, and how a family moves from room to room. The result is a clear, dimensioned plan you can take to your engineer and builder with confidence.
