When you purchase a house plan from Darvela (operated by RASVID LIMITED), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plan as described below.
What you may do
- Build one (1) residence from each purchased plan.
- Print copies of the plan for the construction of that residence.
- Share the files with your own architect, engineer, builder and permitting authority for that single project.
- Modify the plan (yourself or through a professional) for that single project.
What you may not do
- Build more than one residence without purchasing an additional licence.
- Resell, sublicense, share, publish or upload the files to any website, marketplace or file-sharing service.
- Claim the design as your own or remove copyright notices.
Ownership
All designs, drawings and images remain the intellectual property of RASVID LIMITED. Purchasing a plan does not transfer copyright.
Professional review
Plans are concept designs. They are not construction or permit documents and do not include structural, electrical, plumbing or mechanical engineering. A licensed professional in your jurisdiction must review, adapt and approve the plan before construction. Darvela is not responsible for construction carried out without such review.
