Our house plans are digital products delivered instantly. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final after a download has started, except in the cases below.

 

When we will help

• The file is damaged, will not open, or is not the product you ordered.
• The plan is materially different from its description.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Contact phavan0921@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a corrected file or, where that is not possible, issue a refund to the original payment method.

Before downloading

If you have not downloaded any file from your order, you may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Custom design services

Refunds for custom work follow the terms of your written quote. Work already completed is non-refundable.
