These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Darvela website and all purchases made on it. The website is operated by RASVID LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (“Darvela”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Products

Darvela sells digital house plans and related digital products, delivered as downloadable files (such as PDF). No physical products are shipped. The contents of each package (Basic, Premium, Luxury) are listed on its product page. Images and 3D views are illustrations and may differ slightly from the final drawings.

2. Concept Designs Only

All plans are concept designs for planning and discussion. They are not construction or permit documents and do not include structural, electrical, plumbing or mechanical engineering. Before any construction, a licensed architect or engineer in your country must review, adapt and approve the plans according to local building codes and regulations. You are responsible for obtaining all required permits.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is successful. An official invoice is issued for every paid order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

4. Delivery

Download links are available immediately after payment on the confirmation page, by email, and in My Account → Downloads. For security, downloads may be limited in number and time. Please save your files after downloading.

5. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to build one (1) residence from the plan. You may print the plan and share it with your own architect, engineer, builder and permit authority for that single project. You may not resell, share, publish or upload the files, or build more than one home without buying an additional license. All designs remain the intellectual property of RASVID LIMITED. 6. Custom Design and Modifications

Custom design and plan modification services are quoted individually. Scope, price, number of revisions and delivery time are agreed in writing before work starts. Work begins after payment of the agreed amount.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darvela is not liable for construction costs, delays, defects, or any damage resulting from the use of the plans without review by a licensed professional. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
